Proud to be on nosh.guru, a new way to find independent food by searching the dish, not the restaurant. Fancy authentic tapas in Bude? You know where to find us

Hello. We're nosh.guru 👋

You don't fancy "a restaurant". You fancy a proper katsu curry, a Sunday roast, or something spicy. So search for that.
Type any dish and see who serves it near you, with prices, from independent food places right across the UK. No reviews, no sponsored listings, and nobody pays to rank.

Have a go 👉, link in bio.

First dish you're searching? Tell us in the comments.

We need to be honest with you about Posset de Naranja.
It was supposed to be a limited-run dessert. A nice little addition, a few weeks on the menu, tasteful exit, everyone moves on with their lives. Instead it turned into the dish people ordered "just to try" and then ordered again "just to check it was still good," and then just started ordering on arrival before they'd even looked at the tapas menu. Which, respectfully, is a betrayal of the concept of tapas, but we understand.
Silky orange posset, sharp enough to keep you honest, topped with dark chocolate shavings, served with rolled vanilla biscuits that exist purely to be dragged through every last bit of it. It's the kind of dessert that makes the table go quiet for a second, which — if you've eaten with Spanish food before — you know is the highest compliment a dish can receive.
So it's permanent now. We tried to fight it. We lost.

W**e of the Weekend

Sucellos Albariño - Galicia, Spain

This one's special.

Galicia sits on Spain's wild Atlantic coast, and Albariño is its crown jewel — grown on ancient granite soils, kissed by ocean air, and bursting with peach, citrus and a long, mineral finish that lingers just long enough to make you order another glass.

Sucellos is everything we love about Spanish w**e. Honest. Characterful. Made with soul.

Pair it with our Gambas Pil Pil, a plate of Padrón Peppers, or just drink it as the sun goes down.

This weekend only. Queen St, Bude. Come find us.

IT'S ABSOLUTELY ROASTING OUT THERE
If you're currently melting, sticking to your car seat, or questioning every life choice that involved leaving the house today...

We've got air conditioning.
And if that's not enough:
Ice-cold cocktails. Chilled sangria. Proper cold b**r. Tapas that don't require you to stand over a hot stove.

So while everyone else is arguing over who forgot to buy ice cubes, you could be sitting in the cool with a drink in hand.
We'll save you a seat.
