For those who bought the Rotary raffle tickets at the Talisman, other businesses and Rotarians, below are the Lucky Names that drew Horses during the Rotary Grand Draw earlier this week. Good Luck this afternoon and a reminder of the 3 cash prizes for winning horses: £150, £75, £25.

Hello to All!
I am pleased to update that The Talisman has raised £858.44 for the Brynmawr Foodbank, to-date, through our Charity Book Sales at the pub. We would like to thank all the Well Wishers from the community, that have continued to donate books, the amazing supporters that have bought the books or made kind donations, and our Team. These efforts have benefitted many House Holds in the community, as attested by the attached letter from the Foodbank.
In the coming months, we would like to step up our efforts to respond to the pressures of our times, and are already working on new initiatives that will be disclosed in due course. We would also welcome the opportunity to set up a stall, to sell the books, at any community event. Otherwise please keep the books coming, keep supporting with your purchases and donations, or consider volunteering at the Foodbank, Fridays from 10am (Contact the Tabor Center for details).

Join us at The Tali for the after party, with Jamaican shots, the famous Jerk chicken, Best of Bob Marley's Music sing-along, Open Mic, and Best costume award.
