Our hawkers will be out on pitch so that you can keep that spot you’ve been holding for hours and still stay hydrated and energised! Our concourse bars will also be in full flow with a full range of Shack products.

This is a key role within our growing Events business, taking ownership of our nationwide casual staffing operation and leading a talented team across recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, compliance and staff development.

We’re looking for someone who:
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Has strong experience managing full-time, casual and seasonal teams
Is passionate about developing people and building great teams
Is confident with high-volume recruitment and workforce planning
Has a hands-on, can-do attitude
Loves the buzz of live events and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!

Ascot Shergar Cup 🏇🏼

What a way to launch our two new six metre container bars at one of the most iconic sporting venues in the country 🍺. A huge thanks to the team at Ascot for helping this vision to come to life.

The Grace Bar was in full flow, fuelling the race day, keeping everyone hydrated!

Wine, spirits, spritz, cocktails and soft drinks… we had all bases covered from race one, to a bouncing concert area to close out the day.

There are venues, and then there is Lords Cricket Ground. One of the most iconic and prestigious sporting venues in the world.

The Hundred is back and the Shack team will be running 10 bars across the ground. Beer, wine, gin, Pimm’s and plenty more. Whatever you fancy, we have got you covered. ☀️

Last one. And what a way to finish. 🏟️

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, concert season, done. And what a run it has been.

We delivered a complex, multi-faceted operation across two levels, covering concourse kiosk bars, hawking teams and pitch bars, keeping thousands of fans refreshed from the first song to the last encore.

Cocktails, spirits, ice cold beer. Whatever the fans wanted, we delivered. All night long.

A shout out to Meg Mellors who has led the team brilliantly and a huge thank you to the team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for having us once again. It is always a pleasure to be part of another unforgettable summer of live music and never gets old.
