After an incredible 7 years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to Niamh as she heads off to her next adventure.

Over the years, Niamh has been a huge part of the team, serving countless customers, surviving countless busy shifts, and somehow putting up with all of us along the way. Her hard work, dedication, and sense of humour have made a lasting impact, and she will be greatly missed by both the team and our regulars.

Thank you, Niamh, for everything you’ve done. We wish you all the very best for the future and every success in whatever comes next.

Good luck, and don’t be a stranger – although we’re fully expecting to see you back at the bar on the other side ordering drinks instead of serving them!
