All of us here at Leftbank are very sad to have to say that due to the ongoing situation with Coronavirus, we have taken the decision to close with immediate effect.
We feel remaining open poses too great a threat to public health, so we’re afraid that all gigs and events are cancelled and the bar closed until further notice.
We’d like to say a huge thankyou to all the bands, artists, musicians and punters who have supported Leftbank and made it what it is, we hope to be back once all this is over.
I hope you understand our reasoning and we greatly appreciate your support for Leftbank as a venue, and hope that at some point in the future we can work and play together again.
This is going to be a difficult time for a great many of us, so we wish you all and your friends and family health and good fortune to ride it out.
