Puerto De La Cruz has a lovely subtropical climate thanks to its great location on the north coast of Tenerife. All of the Canary Islands in Spain are beautiful, but Tenerife is one of the most popular and famous for its stunning beaches, lush scenery and crystal clear waters. It’s a great location for a holiday in May since temperatures are very mild. The average temperature is 24Β°C during the day, and at night it drops (maybe as low as 11deg so definitely bring light long sleeves)

Lockdown lessons with Alain Hernandez!
You may, or may not be aware... but The CUBAtone King is ALSO a chef.

And whilst we're all staying safe at home ... here's your chance to learn something new .... improve your existing skills ... and/or broaden your repertoire of culinary techniques.

Starting with some delicious, traditional Cuban dishes, Alain will be offering interactive ZOOM classes, where you can learn to cook ...alongside him.

Classes will between 1 and 1.5 hours long.
Once you sign up, you will be sent all you need to know BEFORE the class..
- a list of ingredients to buy
- a list of equipment required
- any preparations you'll need to make

Then, in the actual ZOOM live lesson ... you will be taken through, step by step, how to cook the dishes from the class menu.

This will be an interactive lesson where you can watch Alain ... but he can also see and help you ... and respond to any questions you have. Assistance provided along the way.

Cooking together ... without being together.
