Introducing our Autumn set menu.

Three-piece dim sum selection, main dish, side salad and rice for £19.

Add a selected bottle of w**e for £25 or a small glass for £5.

Available Friday to Sunday lunchtimes and Tuesday to Thursday from 5-6pm.

Vegetarian and vegan options available plus a gluten-free menu so nobody has to miss out!

Behind the dish: Beef Cheung Fun 牛肉腸粉

Anita and the team make the rice noodle sheets by hand from a blend of rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch, giving them their signature chewy and soft texture.

Grass-fed ‘Hereford Cross’ beef from makes up the filling and the dish is finished with a sweet oyster sauce and tamari dressing.

Gluten free with a vegetarian option also available.

This Saturday, Anita and the team return to Emmeline (est. 2016) Spike Island and bar as part of Spike Island’s 50th birthday celebrations.

From 5pm-8pm we’ll be serving a special anniversary set menu bringing together a variety of CLOUDS favourites before moving on to an Ah-Ma’s style street food menu served 8pm-10:30pm whilst the Emmeline team will be serving cocktails until 1am.

This is all alongside a huge programme of live art, performances, music, after-hours exhibitions and DJs, celebrating 50 years of Spike Island.

When? Saturday 5 September 5pm with food service until 10:30pm

This Saturday, Anita and the team are taking over Emmeline café and bar as part of Spike Island’s 50th birthday celebrations. 🥟

From 5pm, we’ll be serving a special anniversary menu bringing together favourites from CLOUDS and Ah-Ma’s, with food served until 10:30pm and cocktails until late.

All alongside a huge programme of live art, performances, music, after-hours exhibitions and DJs, celebrating 50 years of Spike Island.

Beef Cheung Fun 牛肉腸粉

Grass-fed ‘Hereford Cross’ beef from just north of Bristol in Olveston, marinaded in tamari, sesame oil, spring onions & white pepper, then wrapped in a rice noodle roll.

The rice noodle sheets are handmade daily from a blend of rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch for the perfect combination of softness, chew and stretch.

An organic tamari and oyster sauce dressing and a sprinkling of spring onions finishes the dish.

Comforting, satisfying, gluten-free and with a vegan option available - it’s a certified dim sum classic and a staple on the menu.

Introducing a new series of tasting flights placing a spotlight on producers we love.

This weekend, we commence with two fantastic w**emakers from Arribes on the Portuguese boarder in the far west of Spain. Both HG El Hato y el Garabato & BODEGA FRONTIO focus on historic indigenous grape varietals, working with organic and minimal intervention methods. Their land has been affected by wildfires the summer and we hope to shine a light on their wonderful work and offer our support.

Choose three w**es from a selection of six for £11.50 Alternatively, each w**e will be available by the glass.

Hopefully you’ll find a bottle to enjoy with your meal or to take home.

Hong Kong French Toast - Anita’s take on a classic inter-continental innovation...

Fluffy organic bao loaf, made with Shipton Mill flour, filled with almond butter, air-fried and served with orange blossom buttercream and seasonal fruit.

Originitating with Chinese locals re-interpreting desserts from French chefs in Hong Kong hotels, our version pairs beautifully with a glass of Umekogochi - a sweet and vibrant plum sake from Dewatsuru brewery in Akita, Japan.
