POV: Moving b**r into our horizontal tanks.

Our horizontal tanks play an important role in the brewing process, allowing us to fine-tune carbonation, improve clarity & mature the b**r before packaging.

We carefully purge the transfer line with CO₂ to remove oxygen and protect the b**r, before transferring it across. The tanks also provide extra capacity, freeing up our fermenters for the next brew. 🍻

Ever wondered how so much b**r fits into a keg? 🍺

Well, it’s kegging day at Moor!

Before a single drop of b**r goes in, every keg needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised (stage one). Then it’s filled with fresh Moor B**r (stage two), ready to make its way to pubs and bars.

It’s not the most glamorous part of brewing, but it’s an essential one. Because making great b**r is only half the job 👌🏽
