NEW OPENING HOURS ⏰

Good news: from next week, we're extended our opening hours. We'll be opening the doors on Mondays and Tuesdays now, meaning you’ll have even more time to enjoy a Beautiful Beer and a Squeezed burger at The Taproom.

🍻 New taproom hours:
Monday - Thursday : 4pm - 10pm
Friday: 2pm - 12am
Saturday: 12pm - 12am
Sunday: 2pm - 10pm

🍔 Squeezed hours:
Monday - Friday: 4pm - 9pm
Saturday: 12pm - 9pm
Sunday: 2pm - 8pm

Please be aware there may occasionally be private hire bookings, so make sure to check our page for any updates on these.

BIG NEWS: SQUEEZED HAS LANDED AT THE TAPROOM 🍔🍺

We’re beyond excited to welcome our new and permanent food partner at The Taproom in Old Market: the legendary, award-winning Squeezed.

The National Burger Award champions will be serving up their iconic burgers and fries straight from their bright yellow airstream in our beer garden. Delicious burgers and Beautiful Beer? You really can’t get much better than that.

The menu is considered and concise, with rotating specials offering customers something different and exciting every couple of weeks. You can of course expect to see the cult classic, the St. Werburger on the menu, and delicious veggie and vegan options too.

All of this can be enjoyed with a pint of Wiper and True beer, brewed metres away from your seat.

THIS WEEKEND: OUR BIG BIRTHDAY BONAZA 🥳

To celebrate Wiper and True's 12th birthday, we have all sorts of fun and games planned for you this weekend, from crafty workshops to DJ sets, and more!

- TONIGHT -

We’ll be joined by our pals more_soup_djs, who are kicking off our birthday weekend with an evening of jazz, soul, funk and more. Doors open at 4pm, music starts at 7pm.

Dust off those dancing shoes, Bristol Northern Soul are back in the building for a joyous day of classic and rare Northern Soul records. This is an all-day extravaganza you don’t want to miss.

- SUNDAY -

The big day! Running from 12pm - 7pm, we’ve jam-packed this Sunday with nothing but the best vibes. Our fingers are crossed that the sunshine will also be making an appearance, so that you can enjoy a few pints of Beautiful Beer in our oasis of a beer garden.

The first 100 guests to arrive get a free Wiper and True cupcake baked by no other than Bristol legends, Ahh T***s. Or if you fancy it, you can opt for a takeaway can of Beautiful Beer on us.

In the afternoon, join us for a free letter printing workshop with the wonderful Craft With Clare. This is an all-ages drop-in stamping workshop where you can create unique artwork using vibrant paints, wooden or rubber stamps, and handmade stencils in a lively taproom atmosphere. No tickets needed, simply drop in between 2pm - 4pm, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Throughout the day, we’ll be running £5 brewery tours. If you fancy a behind-the-scenes peek at how we create our award-winning beer, secure your tickets now on our website.

As the sunset casts its golden rays onto The Taproom, we’ll be joined by Steve Rice for an epic DJ set to take us into the evening. Get down to the grooves of soul, jazz, Latin, and more.

SUPER SATURDAY AT THE TAPROOM 🏉

Join us for the last weekend of the Six Nations at The Taproom in Old Market.

We'll be showing all matches on BOTH of our screens - the 85” TV in The Snug, and on our gigantic projector screen in the main taproom.

This is the perfect place to grab a pint, enjoy delicious Pig's Pizzas and watch the final few matches of the tournament. It’s going to be mega!

Doors will open at 12pm; we aren't taking any bookings on Saturday, it'll be walk-ins only so make sure you arrive with plenty of time to grab a seat if you'd like one.

VENT: ALCOHOL-FREE EXPERIENCE AT OUR BREWERY 🍻💙

Join us as we welcome you into our beautiful brewery in Old Market to explore the behind-the-scenes magic of our award-winning alcohol-free range.

Our knowledgeable team will walk you through the story of Wiper and True, showing you how we brew as we explore the de-alcoholisation kit, ingredients and the processes behind our Beautiful Beers.

You'll then be taken to The Taproom for a guided tasting hosted by one of our talented brewers, where you'll get the opportunity to try our new collaboration alcohol-free beers, as well as our existing range.
