Halloween may be over, but we're still the house of spirits 🍸

The next chapter of Milk Thistle has officially arrived (and we sure had a blast celebrating over the weekend).

Our new cocktail and drinks menus are in full swing, so grab a seat, sample the menu and sip on something incredible.

If there's one thing we're still sure of, it's that we know how to throw a great party.

Safe to say Milk Thistle really was The House of Spirits last night 👀🍸

What an absolutely brilliant night celebrating the new era of Milk Thistle with some fantastic people... Ella Morgan, Andy Clarke, Visit Bristol, Best of Bristol, Janine Alexander, Lyzi Unwin, Bristol Magazine and someone who definitely knows their way around a Margarita, Marg Simpson!

We're back this Friday for our sold out House of Spirits takeover with Beyond Imagining Tarot and Cirque Da Purr for even more cocktails, curious encounters and gothic glamour.

And if you didn't manage to get your ticket, The Parlour will still be open for bookings and walk-ins. Grab a seat, sample the brand new cocktail menus and get reacquainted with Milk Thistle.

We can’t wait for you to try the Cascara. Featuring something pretty special…

Our very own house Milk Thistle vodka, crafted by the one and only upstairs at the distillery. Paired with this incredible locally made rose vermouth from for raspberry and floral notes and a dash of chocolate bitters to bring out its darker side.

This one is Milk Thistle through and through. Coming soon.

Your Bristol Cocktail Weekend plans could use one more flight of stairs.

Make your way to the top of Milk Thistle and into the The Spirit of Bristol gin Distillery, where Pete Lumber has the gin covered.

There’ll be a Ginocello to start, followed by Bemmie Dry and Clifton Royale Gin with paired tonics, plus the story of how each one goes from botanicals to bottle, right here in Bristol.

Worth the climb, we reckon.

Tickets available via the Bristol Cocktail Weekend website.
