Our spring summer menus are landing across our Butcombe pubs, packed with fresh produce, vegetable-forward plates and protein-rich dishes. Weâre seriously excited about these newly refreshed menus! The best bit? You can hack it!
Our Development Chef, Jasper, and Executive Chef, James, introduce us to one of our favourites: the Roasted Broccoli Caesar Salad. To make it next level, Jasper's hack is to add our Korean Fried Chicken for that protein-packed fuel and top it off with a perfectly poached egg. Trust us, this oneâs a game changer.
