We took part in Bristol’s The Restaurant Tour 🇬🇧 yesterday lunch, showcasing one of our delicious standout tapas dish, Cuello de Cerdo! Marinated and slowly roasted, served with jus, cauliflower purer and a parsnip crisp, along with a fabulous w**e pairing of Gatito Loco Tinto, a Tempranillo and Garnacha Blend 🍷. We had a fantastic time meeting lots of new faces, and some we haven’t seen in a few years! Over 100 portions served, we really had our work cut out for us, but our team smashed it and it couldn’t have gone better ✨✨✨ Thank you to everyone who came in, we really hope to see you soon ♥️
