Greetings Merchanteers
Thank you all for making my last weekend as "The Landlord" at the Merch so memorable as well as emotional in the best possible way. A special thanks to Blind Justice Page who helped to create just the right atmosphere on Saturday night. A big thank you for all the fantastic cards and gifts especially the Photo diary and all who contributed to it, so thanks Helena.
A big thanks for all the support you have given me and my wonderful bar family, during the last 13 years.
Hopefully, someone will continue to pester our local councillor to get railing put up outside the Merch so no more vericles hit it.
I will miss you all, including the sometimes crazy dogs.

There will be an afternoon of Poetry, Music, etc on Sunday 30th November from about 3.00. There will also be a fun auction to help raise funds for Trinity Church Thursday Lunch Club. We will be donating 50p for every pint we sell between 3.00 and 7.00, so bring plenty of CASH!!!!!

Good news and bad news
The good news is Matt and Katy-Bear are getting married next weekend.
The not such good news is the Merchants will be closed that weekend the 6th and 7th September. During that closure, the pub will be redecorated and re-open on Monday 8th September with a fresh coat of paint,

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

Hello everyone, from this up coming monday the 19th of may we will be reopening under the posts, we formally run The cube at Larry’s burger van & now will be running from the new location at the hornets. Can’t wait to see you all, we have been cleaning getting the van ready for you guys next week. Please share and we will see you all monday 😀🫶🏼

1. We now have a stock of our T Shirts, £5.00 from the sale of each one goes to Trinity Church Thursday Lunch Club
2, The BBC, Bristol Brass Consort will be playing their annual Christmas Carol Concert on Monday 16th December from about 8.00, so come early it is always a full house for this event.
