This time next week!

The crazy, wonderful, beer focussed owners of Evening Star have for a while been offering wooden casks and pins to local brewers to fill with interesting beers.

On Thursday 26th Jan they're going one step further and turning over two handpumps to today was the future, our 9.0% empirical stout, that we've packaged both in wood and not in wood.

To be able to taste both side by side should highlight the effect of the wooden cask and we're super excited to be a part of this experiment and you're more than welcome to join us!
