Last but definitely not least on our special Whisky menu this month is "Sam"

The Pulteney Distillery 16yrs from is mixed with calvados and our house blend white vermouth. Sharpened with a special blend of acids this crisp apple cocktail is a delightful martini style sipper.

The reaction to this whisky menu has been fantastic this week and we hope everyone had a great time at the . This menu will run until we run out of Whisky (and that's looking a lot sooner than we expected!!) so make sure you stop by soon!

Ask anyone, we love fermenting things here at Valentino's. This drink utilises our Tepache (fermented pineapple drink), Campari and the Pulteney Distillery 16yr scotch from Topped with soda to give you a delicious funky and bitter highball.

Hope everyone is enjoying the Whisky festival today, and we'll see you down at Val's later for a drink!
