Below Lucky Voice Hidden in the basement of Lucky Voice, is this little gem of a cocktail bar. Down here we specialize in all things drink related NOT karaoke!!

Below Lucky Voice has a dedicated following by both those that love and loath karaoke. So what lies beneath 8 Black Lion Street we here you cry? A beautiful bar with drinks to match, that's what!! There are 2-4-1 cocktails Sunday to Thursday until 8pm. We also have great DJ's at the weekends too!! The bar is open to one and all, every night and down here in the basement, there isn't a microphone in sight!!

So it's my birthday - another day closer to not existing, another day where much has been achieved, and even more hasn't.

I am a little bored by people telling me what I could have been, how far I could have gone, the heights I could have reached...

Why? Because I don't need any of that - I never have. I have a soul mate I love more than I'll ever love myself, I have some cats who are prepared to put up with me, and there appear to be a fair number if people who are happy to pay me to play tunes for them.

What more could I possibly want? As far as I can see, I already won the race years ago - because I can recognise that I'm happy.

Anything else would just be greedy.

Though if you've got the odd 500k you're looking to offload....
