Our cocktail menu features an extensive list of classics alongside unique creations and twists, all crafted with care and attention to detail. Our legendary Happy Hours are:
Sunday - Thursday
12pm til 12am
Friday
12pm til 7pm

Happy hour includes our entire menu at £8.95 or try our £5 cocktail of the week (voted by you every Sunday, check out our Instagram to join in). Look for us at 16 Duke Street in the heart of Brighton! Walk ins welcome but bookings recommended after 6pm and on weekends.

£1 from every Yuzu Margarita sold will be donated to the Brighton Permaculture Trust, our charity partner for September. Their work supports practical projects around sustainable food growing, local orchards and greener communities across Brighton and Sussex.

Blanco tequila meets lychee and elderflower, with cucumber running through it for a really fresh finish. Apple and lemon keep it bright without making it too sweet.

£1 from every Stardew sold will be donated to Brighton & Hove Community Kitchen, our charity partner for August. They run cookery sessions across the city, helping people build confidence in the kitchen while bringing communities together through food.

We had so many requests for more of our favourite places to eat in Brighton after the last post, so here we go again.

We do have a small food selection here at Clementine & Co, but there are far too many brilliant places around us not to make the most of them.

Go out, try somewhere new, eat ridiculously well and then come back to us for cocktails after.

These are another few of our current favourites, and there are still plenty more where these came from.

Over halfway through August, so thought it’d be a good time for a reminder on who we’re supporting this month 💛

Throughout August, £1 from every £6 Cocktail of the Week is being donated to Brighton & Hove Community Kitchen.

Based just a few minutes from us in central Brighton, the Community Kitchen uses food and cooking to bring people together, build confidence and teach practical skills. Their community cookery sessions support people across the city, including children, people living with dementia and their carers, families on low incomes and others experiencing ill health or disadvantage.

It’s much more than learning how to cook. Their sessions give people the chance to meet others, become more independent and enjoy good food together, with more than 1,000 community sessions hosted so far.

Every Cocktail of the Week you order helps us put a little more towards that work.

There’s still plenty of August left, so if you’ve been meaning to pop in for a drink, you know what to do 🍸

A summer favourite with a peachy twist. 🍑

This week’s vote was a close one, with three cocktails receiving more than ten votes, but the Peach Iced Tea came out on top.

Made with bourbon, peach liqueur, black tea, vanilla and lemon. It's refreshing and perfect for a summer afternoon.

£1 from every Peach Iced Tea sold will be donated to Brighton Community Kitchen, our charity partner for August. Just five minutes up the road from us, the kitchen brings people together through food, helping local people build confidence, learn practical cooking skills and enjoy affordable, nourishing meals.

Meet this week's Cocktail of the Week: the Pickled Margarita.

Made with blanco tequila, orange liqueur, pickle brine, fresh lime and a Tajín rim, it's the perfect mix savoury pickle and a subtle chilli kick. If you're a fan of pickles, you might want to try this one out.

£1 from every Pickled Margarita sold this week will be donated to the Sussex Dolphin Project, helping protect Sussex's dolphins and marine environment.
