We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our new venture at the Post House in central Brighton.
Our concept at the Post House is to provide our customers with a relaxed, comfortable and sociable dining experience from dawn till dusk.
By day we will be providing a large array of delicious homemade grab and go offerings, alongside a delicious brunch menu. By night we shall be offering a selection of Mediterranean inspired small plates menu, designed for sharing with a group of friends or family. Our menus will be seasonal and there will be a real emphasis on ensuring that our dishes are created using quality local produce.
The Senior Sous Chef position will allow you to be creative and as well as have the opportunity to learn and progress within the role.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be super organised, creative and have a passion for working with quality locally sourced produce.
Hours: 42 - 46 hours per week
Pay: £11.60 per hour
