Today we say hello to 👋

They’re a brand new Japanese street food outfit, and they’ll be parked up outside Lost And Found today, cooking up some seriously good Japanese food. 🔥🥢

We’re always up for supporting new independents doing interesting things in Brighton, so when Japanese street food meets independent craft b**r… well, it would have been rude not to.

The drill is simple:

Grab some food outside.
Bring it in.
Order something cold from the bar.
Eat. Drink. Repeat. 🍺🇯🇵

We’ve got the taps flowing, the fridges full and all the usual Lost And Found goodness behind the bar.

They’re brand new, so come down, show some Brighton love and help us give them a proper welcome. ❤️

Those are Scottish figures, not Brighton figures, but they show the wider value of a busy hospitality sector. Here in Fiveways, each visit to Lost And Found Taproom helps support our team, independent Sussex brewers, c***r makers, local food traders, suppliers and the wider local economy. It all adds up.
