Just under 3 weeks to go until the main event and it's getting pretty real and very exciting.

Remember, The Stanley Arms Pub opens at 12pm and the first band kicks things off just half an hour later at 12.30pm. So, it's highly recommended to get there early, from opening!

So, it's 3 bands back to back!

Intonation -Electric rock/pop in one bar

followed by

Son of Sun in the garden with Reggae/ska

And then

Gladys Friday and the Weakendz with alternative 80s funk in the other bar

After all that, it's karaoke and world cup build up

Finishing off with the Pamama vs England Game at at 10pm...( yes, we are open until after the footy..).

WHAT A LINE UP!!!!!

Of course, we will be fundraising for the fabulous and children's charities on the day. You can buy raffle tickets, make donations and even put a bid in to our silent auction on the day.

And, there will be a BBQ in the garden throughout the afternoon.

So, please pop in, enjoy the event and help us support these brilliant charities.

Evening All,

Well it's warming up nicely, just in time for the bank holiday weekend...

And tonight from 7.30pm we have the Morris Men strutting their stuff and jingling their bells outside the pub. It really is a fabulous spectacle to behold...

Well look no further! Live and direct from The Stanley Arms, Portslade this Saturday are the very talented Bootleggers Band, from 9pm, for their inaugural gig with us...

Naturally, your favorite team will be her to cater for your refreshment needs in whatever pint, wine shot or spirit form that takes.

Afternoon all,

Just a reminder of this weekends live entertainment at The Stanley Arms, Portslade.

Tonight live from 9pm will be the brilliant Informers Band, who will be playing the very best in blues, rock, soul and funk.

And on Sunday, we have the one and only legend himself, Lee Pryor. No inductions needed here. But you know it will be a fabulous set tomorrow between 4 and 6pm.
