‘med.’ - Modern Mediterranean Small Plates Restaurant, Brighton.
med. opened its doors to the Brighton public on July 30th, 2020. The two chefs behind med. are former owners of the much loved street-food inspired franchise, Wolfsmouth, Will Dennard and Jack Southan, who were also co-owners of the celebrated Paradiso Social which finished in the top 20 of Brighton’s Best Restaurant Awards 2020.
med. has 30 covers as well as outside seating and is based in Little East Street, set snugly in Brighton’s historic Lanes, a pebble’s throw from Brighton beach. med.’s small plates menu is inspired by food from the Mediterranean coastline, garnished with a drizzle of Wolfsmouth aesthetic.
