Updated news until further notice.

We are closing Wednesday-Thursday

Open
Monday
Tuesday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday.

Also bottled and draught beer have gone up 20p and soft drinks 10p.

Thank you for your understanding with regards to being shut on them nights.

Also we really do need all your support going forward has things have become desperate times. We still show all football and other sports for the 5 days a week we are open and it’s free pool on Friday night also with two quality league standard pool tables and we have a league standard dart board also. So please please continue to support the oldest members club in Brighton and Hove.

Hi members just a message that the club will be shut tomorrow night and not open again until Saturday around 5pm due to shortage of staff. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi all members

Would like to wish all of you a very merry Christmas from the little old Aldy Club it’s still surviving and heading into 126th year and hopefully when upstairs is sold then we can get the re launch up and running and restore the place and refresh for the future and hopefully takes it forward.

Please remember to pop in and renew your memberships and spread the word to potential new members also of the place £30 for year and be apart of the re launch and excitement to come fingers crossed.

Just a heads up will be open Xmas evening for a short time 6pm-9pm so if you are close then pop in for a Xmas drink after your festive food.

Hi all members the renewal of your memberships are now due from start of December till the end of Jan and it’s been a tough year for the lil old Aldy but she is still surviving and next year is going to be the re launch and the old club is going to get a big transformation and let’s hope it puts it back on the map in Hove. First thing is tho let’s make it a great end to the year with the Xmas party on the 20th and bring in 2026.

Good morning members well based on the temperature drop over the last week we are well on our way to Christmas now and the little old Aldy club still going and surviving. Are putting on a Xmas party on the 20th of December a Saturday not karaoke but there will be music and laughter and hopefully you all can come along and have a festive drink. It would be great to bring some old time festive cheer back into the place.

Been a tough year for the little old Aldy club but she still keeps going and into it’s 126th year and next one is going to be the biggest re launch for the place so watch out for that.

Morning all members I forgot to put this post up over the bank holiday as I have been busy. Karaoke this Friday from 7pm Rusty is down the club once again to have a good time and a sing song. So please come along with friends and family and partners and join in the fun.

Hi all members so the new premier league season is nearly here and based on the transfer window this could be the best season since covid happened with how many teams have spent between £150-£300 million. Let the banter and drama start.

Club is shut tonight due to a water leak and it as caused disruption but it will all be back open tomorrow night but not tonight thank you for your understanding and see hopefully people back in tomorrow evening.

Hi members club will not be open until 7pm due to Tony being unwell and I have only got back from being away earlier and it’s Mother’s Day. Hope all understand and not much can be done about it as only been told 10 mins ago Tony was not opening up.

Hi all

Club EGM is on the Thursday the 6th of March at 7.30pm to discuss the sale of the top part of the club to maintain the future of the club financially or sadly it will not last another year it’s that simple. No non members are allowed in on this night so please respect that and every current member that as renewed or life member will be notified and there chance to vote Yes or No for the sale on the night or send a proxy vote to the club email address.
