It is with a very heavy heart that we have to announce the closure of The Danery. We managed to stay open to see the new year in with our much loved friends and regular customers. True to say that Tina and myself put absolutely everything into keeping the pub going. We would like to thank our
Poppy for her hard work and dedication on every one of her shifts. Our loyal customers that have showed us their utmost support throughout our time here. We started here six years ago and just six weeks prior to the covid pandemic and all the lockdowns to follow! Still we battled on, through the many road closures that shut us down during the works, energy crisis and the government increases in hospitality bills.
We are looking forward to an easier life style and hope we still see many of fantastic customers from time to time.
