A very belated thank you to everyone who came along to our open day during the Feis. We had amazing weather, some great music and the best company. Huge thanks to the team as well for toughing out a long shift in the sun after a big day at Bruichladdich. Looking forward to next year already!

With the winter months closing in, it’s time to start bringing out the festive favourites

Gin Alexander:

•50ml Nerabus Gorse Gin
•25ml Crème de cacao
•25ml single cream
•1 egg white
•Grated nutmeg to garnish

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake them (without ice), add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve. Grated nutmeg to garnish
