A busy day behind the scenes today at the mile! 👨‍🍳🍷

The prep is well and truly underway for our Guest Chef Night tomorrow evening! We’ve been busy getting everything ready, from preparing in the kitchen to tasting and choosing the w**es for our special w**e flight. 🍷

Our guest chef, scott Scott Greve has been in the pub getting stuck in, and we’ve been putting the finishing touches together to make sure it’s a great night and the perfect midweek treat

From the Vale originally, now Sydney-based he brings over 15 years of experience across some of Australia’s leading venues. Scott has worked with Jamie’s Italian in both the UK and Australia, before becoming Executive Head Chef at 6HEAD Sydney and later Executive Chef with PHMG Group.

Scott’s cooking combines modern Australian produce with his British and European roots, with a focus on bold and generous food. His work has been recognised with a Good Food Guide Chef Hat, alongside a career spanning restaurants, pubs and large-scale hospitality operations.
