This is an extra special tour as Roland, the founder of the brewery will be your tour guide! he'll take you through our brewing process, give you a unique insight into our history & of course, share a few beers with you.

Calvados & Cheese pairing!

will be join us on Saturday 16th May 1pm,
for a relaxed and delicious cheese pairing session! We will enjoy a selection of wonderful cheeses while tasting Calvados, Pear liqueur and Apple liqueur, discovering how these flavours complement each other. Expect great food, great drinks, and plenty of fun in good company.

St George’s Day – Done Right! 🍺

What a brilliant weekend! A huge thank you to everyone who came down on Saturday and celebrated St George’s Day with us in true brewery style. The atmosphere was spot on, the beer was flowing, the sun was shining and it was great to see so many familiar faces (and plenty of new ones too).

We’ve got plenty more lined up down at the brewery over the coming weeks, so this is just the beginning…

BIG BROWN BEAR IS BACK! 🐻🍺

To celebrate 20 years of Brentwood beer, we’ve dug deep into the archives and brought back our second-ever recipe… Big Brown Bear.

To make this even more poetic, behind the “bear” is Paul (I know, mental... not an actual bear ).

His shed is where it all began, and without him, this brewery might never have taken its first steps.

So here’s to Paul, the thirstiest of landlords and to one of the beers that started it all.
