Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef Required

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join our team, working 5 days out of 7.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to help create a vibrant, flavoursome menu that truly represents our establishment, a traditional inn with a strong focus on quality and character.

We are passionate about using seasonal produce and the Head Chef welcomes creativity and input from the team.

We are a small, close-knit team who work very much like a family, so we’re looking for someone who not only brings talent and enthusiasm to the kitchen but also fits well within our supportive and collaborative environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Creativity and willingness to contribute ideas
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
