Successful independent owner run pub / restaurant looking for an enthusiastic, professional FOH manager. Roles to include Management of FOH staff, including rota and allocation of duties.
Dealing with online customer bookings.
Running of the bar and restaurant during service.
Manage the cellar including ordering and receiving
deliveries. Cleaning of lines and cellar hygiene.
Pub and restaurant maintenance including general cleaning and prep for service.
Online booking system and epos management.
Liaison and coordination with the head chef.
FOH experience is essential for the role with a solid customer facing experience. Positive and personable attitude essential.

The restaurant is closed from today (Monday 4th January until 5pm Friday the 23rd January). The bar will remain open every night from 5pm every night. We are however hosting a wine tasting evening with our wine expert who will be giving out samples of various wines that we are looking at adding to our wine list for 2026. There will also be a cheese platter on offer too. Give us a call to book in (not available online) to book your spot. Tasting will start from 6:30, £5pp which can be paid on the night
