Hello All. Sorry you’ve not heard much from us during the lockdown, we really didn’t have much to report. Like many other pubs we have been hoping we can survive.
We are now ready to continue this journey with you and hope you will join us in what we are told is our “new normal” The last week we’ve been working hard to put into place all the guidelines that we’ve been presented with, we hope you will bare with us as we do our best to make it work for You, our staff and ourselves. We have created a menu that can be served in baskets without any major use of cutlery, plates etc, as we feel it best to eradicate as many potential risks as possible and help you feel safe to return to the Brean Down in. We have spaced out tables in the conservatory and the outside area to give people plenty of room to socialise at a safe distance. A one way system is in place to buy drinks and food safely at the bar and go to your table. We will not be taking bookings as we feel it’s not fair to ask people to leave their table.

We open at 11:30 tomorrow and food will be available from 12:00
