70% nutrition 30% gym. This weekend I will be uploading a video about the importance of the calories you eat for fat loss. Nobody’s perfect but you need to be honest with yourself. After a night out I’ve eaten comfort food today but will still make sure I am tracking it. It’s vital to know how many calories you’re eating to achieve your goals, my calorie need is low today because I’ve done nothing but I’m still in a deficit so therefore losing weight.. will be back on it tomorrow but every once in a while you fall to them cravings. We are all human 🍗 MODERATION IS KEY! don’t starve yourself of the good stuff.

Now this is shocking to see but the reality if you’re in a calorie surplus and not eating the right balance of macronutrients. I’ve gained 10 pounds in just over 30 days and gone from being what could be deemed as ‘athletes’ body fat percentage to just an ‘average’ body fat percentage. I’m not saying everyone eats bad food every day but I trained pretty much everyday during this challenge, sometimes twice, and I’ve still got worse. Nutrition is absolutely essential to achieving your goal and that’s what people need to understand! Going to talk more about diet and nutrition over the next few weeks, especially the most important thing involving weight and fat loss - CALORIE DEFICIT. My holiday is just over a month away so it’s time to get all this fat I’ve put on gone.... see you soon!

FINAL DAY. I decided to pick my 3 favourite courses and enjoy the last supper. Mac and cheese balls for starter, 12oz sirloin for main and the salted chocolate tart for dessert. It’s all over now and I’ve completed it, no food left and I absolutely loved it. Only bonus is I have more free time and I can start getting in better shape again! Will update this week with body fat percentage changes, weights etc. Gutted it’s over but thank you I hope we can team up again soon!

Another picture today. Day 29 so only 1 more day now. I was still full from the 675g steak the night before so had to ease off a bit here. I had my favourite starter mac and cheese balls, marinated chicken breast for main and salted chocolate tart for dessert. People are surprised I’m not sick of the food but I love it ! Great staff and food at the Preston site I’ve been going to. Have a great Sunday everyone.

ONCE IN A LIFETIME. Yes that’s the burger I had and it was immense, just to note I ate this in 9 minutes. It has pulled pork, buttermilk chicken, bacon, burgers, cheese the lot in. Starters I had the mac and cheese balls and for dessert I went back to my trusty salted chocolate tart. My appetite has really grown now and my body is gonna miss this when it’s gone. Weighing in at 12 stone 2, so put on 9 pounds since day 1. Day 27 completed... back tomorrow

Back in the BMW for some pre match tunes. Took it easy tonight in preparation for the big one tomorrow... started with the cheesy wrapped bacon dough balls, main I went for the smokehouse burger and finished with the baileys cheesecake (was half way through before videoing). As I said tomorrow is a big one so see you then.

Ok, so being the guy that I am I had a clear out on my phone and deleted my food footage from yesterday... promise I finished it though! Garlic ciabatta with mozzarella to start, sea bass fillets and fries for main and deep fried cookie dough for dessert. Day 25 done, 5 days for go.

So we are back in the worlds worst place for lighting in the restaurant but hey ho we live and learn... butter buffalo wings to start, bacon double cheese and pizza fries for main and baileys cheesecake for dessert. This is day 24. My body is gonna miss this so much but also happy to start eating clean again. . Back tomorrow
