The weekend has arrived and we're still in the grip of yolk mania 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sightings of rare triple-yolk eggs and unconfirmed reports that Geraldine found a second yolk in a Cadbury creme egg 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thankfully we can all get together and have a beer to calm ourselves down 🙌🏻

Or if you fancy something different, how about chilli infused Aperol over ice with lemonade 😯

It taste like the spicy Iron Bru you never knew you needed 😀

Well......

After the madness had died down a little yesterday, we managed to grab a couple of pictures of Thackley's original power couple 😅

What an absolute blast it was yesterday 🙌🏼

So to Lisa Frost and Chris Frost - thank you again for all the laughs, entertainment and support you've given over the years. You will be greatly missed 😊

In other news - all you egg fans out there will be thrilled to learn that George got a double-yolker with his breakfast this morning. Go George 🙌🏻😅

It's another big weekend folks 🙌🏼

We're incredibly lucky here in Thackley to have so many superb places to meet, eat and drink, and John & Nicky have been a huge part of that at The Ainsbury Micro Pub .

Today marks the start of their final weekend at the helm, before Marietjie picks up the baton from Monday 🙌🏼

So if you're out & about in Thackley this weekend, please try and call in to The Ainsbury to have a drink & wish them well in their next chapter.
