We have GEORGE. ❤️

If you’ve ever been to Tapestry, you’ve seen him.
On the grill in the kitchen.
Behind the bar.
Sorting things out before you even realise they need doing.
You may have even seen him out shopping at the wholesalers.

Unparalleled work ethic.
Unmatched commitment.
Huge personality.
And a level of care you just can’t fake.

He’s here before doors open.
He’s here after everyone’s gone home.
And he never stops.

George doesn’t clock-watch.
He doesn’t cut corners.
He doesn’t do “that’ll do”.
He makes the best homemade burgers we’ve ever tasted.

From packed tribute nights to private parties, George is always there: steady, reliable and grafting like it’s his own name above the door.

Truth is, he’s a massive part of why Tapestry feels the way it does.

If you’ve ever had a great night here, chances are he played a significant part in it.

A little time for reflection.

Seven years ago today at 6am, the pictures on the left were taken, you know the rest and that’s just this bar downstairs. (We daren’t show you what happened upstairs) 😬

From a vision to a reality, hard work indeed, and despite the many challenges we’ve faced along the way, we are proud of our Tapestry family and our brilliant team.
