Hide & Steak is an upscale steakhouse located inside Tong Park Hotel, bringing a modern twist to the classic dining experience. We’re on the lookout for a creative, passionate, and forward-thinking Chef to join our growing team.

About the Role:
We’re not just serving great steaks — we’re crafting an experience. We’re looking for someone who loves innovation, enjoys experimenting with flavours, and wants to be part of a brand that’s as much about presentation and storytelling as it is about taste.

Ideal Candidate:
✨ Minimum 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
🔥 Strong understanding of flavours, ingredients, and modern plating
📱 Comfortable collaborating with our social media and marketing team to showcase dishes and creative ideas
🥩 Skilled in steak and grill cooking
💡 Innovative mindset – eager to craft new dishes and keep the menu exciting and relevant
👨‍🍳 Open to both rising talent and experienced chefs with a progressive approach
