So sorry for such a late reminder!!! Just a quick message to remind/let everyone know that this Thursday evening (tomorrow indeed) is the last quiz of the season until September as Annie is away next month on her well earned holiboobs.

Usual routine, doors open at 6pm, £2 CASH entry per person, Max 6 per team and all to play for in terms of 'unbelievable' prizes.

Come as a team, on your own or as a pair as there are always spaces that need filling to make up the numbers in other teams (a great way to meet new people ).

What's not to like - and all for charity 😇

Need a little 'pick me up' following the Easter bank holiday? Well thankfully for you we have something which could just do the trick. Yep, whilst I honestly cannot believe it has been that many weeks since the last one, This Thursday IS QUIZ NIGHT!!!

So put on your glad rags (or not!), grab some comrades or basically anyone you can think of and come and join in.

As always doors open at 6pm, £2 CASH entry for the charity and max 6 per team. If not able to muster a team don't worry come on your own, as a pair, whatever really you will be made very welcome to make up numbers with others in the same boat. This month's quiz is in support of LINK our local volunteer group who provide an invaluable service to people in the town.

Please note this is not a quiz to be taken in a serious manner, the prizes are questionable to say the least, and it is intended to get people chatting relaxing, meeting others and enjoying the banter. Come and give your support!!!

Think you’re the next Einstein? Stay home. This is a "no-geek zone." We’re trading brain cells for laughs TONIGHT!!! all in the name of charity!

The Prizes: Honestly? They’re crap. Don’t expect a Maldives holiday; expect something we found in the back of a cupboard. 🎁

The Goal: Raising money for a great cause while failing to remember basic facts.

The Rules: Max 6 per team. "Everyone welcome"—if someone shows up solo, they can easily be slotted into a smaller team to meet new people. Annie is ALWAYS right 🤝

The Cost: £2 entry (CASH ONLY, because we’re old school).
Doors open at 6 PM. Come early to grab a table and a drink before the bedlam starts.

With that being the case please note our revised opening hours for new years day as attached. Struggling to get in the festive spirit? Looking for a 'get out clause' for the works xmas do? Well worry no more as we have the perfect event to get you adoring the tinsel, getting your baubles out and pulling that Cliff Richard album out of your collection and making a bonifide excuse for being unabletoattend.

Yes it's the Christmas quiz hoorah 🍾 . Get ready to take on Annie's last quiz questions of 2025 and also help raise money to pay for others less fortunate to enjoy a Christmas day meal and company.

As always everyone welcome (the more the merrier- come as a team, couple or even on your own as there is always a team that need their numbers making up). Max 6 to a team and £2 CASH entry plus loose change for the charity collection.

The weather outside is frightful but here's some news that's quite delightful 😊 The QUIZ is on THIS THURSDAY (tomorrow infact)!!!

Yes it's that time of the month to get your team together (or come on your own/as a couple and jpin others) and take part in trying to win Annie's eclectic quiz rounds.

Doors open at 6pm, Max 6 per team, £2 CASH entry for a local charity, which this month is in support of BOA Rugby Clubs gallant efforts in raising funds for the Motor Neurone Disease charity.

Good fun, friendly banter and welcoming atmosphere. What's not to like.

You’ve ghost to be kidding me, October already!!!! Well it's time to 'lift your spirits' by 'spicing things up' and get ready to 'carve out some answers' to Annie's questions TOMORROW NIGHT 16th (reminder that the date has been moved to the 3rd Thursday each month NOT the last one).

Enough with the terrible puns now!! Doors open at 6pm, Max 6 per team. Everyone welcome, come on your own or a pair as there is always room to make up numbers on teams if you are happy to do so (a great way to meet others in the town). £2 CASH entry per person, all donated to charity as well as donations given at the end of the evening. Always a great night and good fun, really doesn't matter if you are crap at quizzes as this is not a quiz that takes itself seriously so no 'GRAVE' boffins need apply 😂

So BOOOk the date into your diaries, gather the troops (or just yourself) and plan your attendance at this monumental event.
