Our philosophy is to serve only the highest quality food, prepared by our award winning chefs, who have worked with local suppliers and farmers to source British regional produce wherever possible. We believe this underlines our commitment to giving you the highest quality fresh food - shortening the time and distance it has travelled to your plate - cutting down the carbon footprint. The kitchen is in the capable hands of Mark Miller and Tim Butler. With over 25 years experience within the trade and many awards and accolades to his name, Mark has provided fine dining for many AA rosette restaurants and exhibited at Hotel Olympia. To compliment our pub food we have selected a list of 32 world wines, 15 of which can be ordered by the glass. Our award winning red wines are particularly chosen to compliment the beef we serve.
