The pub is in a village, so a willingness to be involved in the local community is a must
The business is in an idyllic location, and attracts people from far and wide
There is some seasonality to the business, and experience of this would be advantageous

Must be community focussed, able to operate with food effectively, like sport and able to organise and manage entertainment and events
This is a self employed position, % commission, you pay team and council tax, we will pay all other bills
This is a fairly busy pub, with an 80/20 split wet/dry, so only apply if you believe you have the skill and experience to operate this pub
