Two favourites from our new Early Evening Menu, both made with fresh, quality ingredients and plenty of flavour:

🍴 Pulled Beef & Wild Mushroom Arancini, served with roasted red pepper coulis and parmesan crisp.

🍴 Pressed Belly of Pork, accompanied by celeriac remoulade, poached pears and honey mustard dressing.

Our Greek Mezze Board brings together all the good stuff - beetroot houmous, mixed olives, sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed sweet peppers, feta, tzatziki, honey-glazed halloumi and warm pita bread.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef who shares our passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality, home-cooked food. Someone who thrives during a busy service, works brilliantly as part of a team and wants to bring their own ideas to a growing kitchen.

🌿 TRAINEE CHEF
Looking to start a career in the kitchen? We’re also offering an opportunity to learn hands-on, work alongside our experienced chefs and develop the skills needed to become a qualified Chef. No finished skillset required - we’re looking for enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine love of food and cooking.
