Hi everyone, Jan and Stacey here from the Cork and Lobster.
This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to say. After three wonderful years, filled with laughter, late nights, full tables, and unforgettable memories, we’ve made the incredibly tough decision to close our doors. Rising costs have simply made it impossible to keep going.
But more than anything, both of us and all the team want to say thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to every single one of you who’s walked through these doors. Whether you came for a quiet dinner, a celebration, or just a great meal with friends, you became part of our story.
So, before we say goodbye for good, we’d love to invite you back one last time. Let’s raise a glass, share a plate, and celebrate everything we’ve built together.
We’ll be open until the 24th of May, which will also be the last day that any gift vouchers will be valid.
Come and make one last memory with us and thank you for everything.
Whilst this is the end for the Cork and Lobster our sister restaurant Roots will remain open as usual.
