Afternoon everyone, just a little update while on a lunch break 😁 the hallway is all stripped and found there was some amazing old floorboards under the carpet and old plywood 🎉 noticed there was a bit of blown plaster on the wall which resulted in all the plaster coming/falling off after the initial amount in the photo 😩😩 same happened in the gents loo’s 😩 we are still working hard to get open as soon as we can 🤞🤞

The latest on the refurbishment 🎉 all the wallpaper has been stripped off and no wonder it could be nippy in the pub 😳 all cracks and holes have been filled now 🤗 still working our way through the kitchen and waiting for some more electrical work to be finalised. The new doorway has been knocked through now (you can see a sneaky peak in one of the photos) and the door by the toilets to the kitchen has been blocked up 🎉🎉 anyway we are keeping hard at at it to get re-opened as soon as we can even 1am finishes 😴 and taking holidays from work and all weekends so we are trying as hard as we can 🫣

Things are starting to happen 🎉 while waiting for the new fire alarm system to start being installed tomorrow we have been deep cleaning the kitchen 😳, making more changes inside and having some of the plumbing updated 🎉 doorway being bricked up and a new doorway created from the kitchen 😳 new equipment being brought and new flooring brought ready to go down 🎉 please bear with us everyone we are going as fast as we can 🫣but want it right 😁

Good evening all

Update regarding The Three Horseshoes:

Following our attempt to install temporary managers last week we have now decided to fully hand over the management of the business to new, permanent managers

We will have some exciting new developments in the coming weeks as we undergo a facelift to revamp The Three Horseshoes

Unfortunately this does mean we will be closed while we undergo this work, being closed from Tuesday 21st January

The new managers will update this page in the coming days with further details

I’d like to thank you all personally for your support since we took over the pub in 2022 and hope you continue to support us through this transition
