Blackmoor Scratch Team Keep their Unbeaten Run Rolling at West Surrey

Blackmoor’s scratch team continued their remarkable start to 2026 with another victory, this time in a 4BBB Scratch Stableford match at West Surrey.

With three scores from four pairs to count, The Moor posted an impressive 122 points, comfortably ahead of West Surrey (118), with Camberley (105) and Remedy (105) trailing behind. 👏👏👏

Tickets are now on sale for our Summer Social Spectacular, 'Rocket on the Range!
This year’s event will take place outdoors on the short game area at Blackmoor Golf Club on Saturday 8th August 2026.

The event includes, live entertainment, a choice of food and refreshments will be available to purchase from the bar.

Please bring your own chairs, rugs, tables and gazebos to make yourselves
comfortable, entry from 7pm with the entertainment starting at 7.30pm (Ends 11.30pm).

We’re thrilled to introduce the Blackmoor Ladies GolfAcademy — a fantastic new pathway for women to learn and improve their game of golf.

Ladies will develop their skills at Blackmoor under the expert guidance of Hannah Ralph, our exceptional professional coach and former Ladies European Tour player.

There are two Ladies Academy Pathways:
Novice Section — Ideal for complete beginners who are keen to develop skills.
Intermediate Section — Perfect for improvers looking to build confidence and gain access to the golf course.

Alongside expert instruction, Academy members benefit from a mentoring programme run by the Blackmoor Ladies Section.

Places are limited, so early booking is advised.

A selection of images from a successful Ladies Spring Invitation. Hosted on Tuesday 19th May, 34 visiting ladies from more than 25 different clubs were welcomed to Blackmoor.

Congratulations go to our overall winners, Annie Murgatroyd and her guest Belinda Ray from Liphook, who won on countback with an impressive 40 points in very challenging conditions. Our Runners up also on 40 points were new member Emma Boyles and her guest Karen Mizzi from the Army GC.

The weather was kind, 54 ladies played in three separate competitions, and a lovely
lunch which everyone enjoyed.
