Well it’s finally the start or the bank holiday weekend and the star of the show should be the David Jones Memorial Cup! At Plodder lane Conservative Club.

Bolton is set to come alive with community spirit and heartfelt remembrance this coming Sunday, May 3rd, as the Plodder Lane Conservative Club hosts the annual David Jones Memorial Cup. This family-friendly event promises a day packed with competitive bowls, lively entertainment, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere, all while raising vital funds for the incredible work of Bolton Hospice.

Organizers are urging all keen bowlers to get their names down for the Bowls Cup so numbers can be finalized! It's a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition and contribute to an incredibly worthy cause.

From 12 PM until late, the club will be bustling with activities. For the bowlers, there's a chance to compete with a £5 entrance fee per player, contributing directly to the fundraising efforts.
