So, ladies and gentlemen. It is with huge regret that we are now officially able to announce that The Pier Hotel is no longer.

After huge amounts of structural damage sustained over the winter and dwindling customer numbers, we are no long able to sustain the venue.

I, personally, would like to take this opportunity to thank every single person, every single band and every single act that made the venue what it was over the past 2 and a half years. We took a huge gamble with the place and despite our best efforts, it could not continue.

Thank you all dearly and fingers crossed in the near future, we may have something more for you to look forward to. For now though, Live Music is not dead, its just in hiding!!!!

Just a gentle reminder that tonight will be £2.50 all drinks until the band calls it half time and the band...... will be....... MONSTER!!!

They will NOT be coming over a hill, they will be shredding the stage and the bar is open from 5pm!

Kicking off tonight from 9 with a collaborative event by The Regis School of Music. Room 112. Bar open from 6, please pop down and check out this amazing assortment of local live talent performed by the next generation of local live artists!

Tomorrow night from 9 needs no bigging up, the one and only Rox Band will be in the house and on the stage from 9! Bar open again from 6!!!!
