Alexandra Theatre progress update for March and April.

Construction at the Alexandra Theatre in Bognor Regis has seen further progress made across roofing, structural steelwork and internal layout works.

Strengthened partnership secures future of Alexandra Theatre.
Arun District Council has confirmed its commitment to the successful reopening and long-term operation of the Alexandra Theatre in Bognor Regis, following Full Council approval of a package of financial support for its future operators.

At the heart of this renewed vision is a supportive working relationship between Arun Arts and The Guildhall Trust who will provide specialist operational and programming expertise, drawing on its strong track record of delivering high-quality venues and cultural programmes in Portsmouth, Hastings and across the South. Work is progressing at a pace!

Alexandra Theatre redevelopment continues with roof-level structural works.

The next phase for the theatre in Bognor Regis will involve a reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction and roof-level structural works, critical in shaping the new spaces within the theatre and preparing the building for future fit-out and restoration.
