Welcome to Caboose
We are a family run restaurant located at Blyth Boathouse on the Port of Blyth. Our menu is a mixture of classic and contemporary dishes with the Caboose twist!
Whether it’s Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner time, you are sure to have a warm and friendly greeting within in a truly unique building, offering unrivalled views over the Port.
Caboose opened it’s doors on Thursday 24 October, with the vision of bringing something different to the town of Blyth. Caboose is family orientated and somewhere to feel home from home with amazing view of the Port.
At Caboose, we place attention on detail and aim to offer that little bit extra on everything we do. We consider all forms of dining as an experience; whether grabbing a breakfast sandwich, lunchtime snack, dining in our restaurant, relaxing with a beer or coffee on The Deck, or partying in The Launch, we want to make sure you have the best possible experience while you are here.
