'The Still' Copper Steampunk Spiral Lamp

I'm calling this lamp 'The Still' I think you can see why.

The copper cylinder I removed from a old gas boiler and couldn't resist its style, using a copper pipe to spiral up towards the cylinder to almost give this lamp a distillery style.

The lamp is hidden behind the spiral but gives this lamp a unique light pattern.

This all mounted to a solid Ash base.

The lamp is wired in braided 3 core flex and includes a black inline switch and new black plug top.

Steampunk Desk/Reading lamp

This lamp has to be up there in one of my favourite creations. It started as a small and simple lamp but soon I ran with it and created this steampunk inspired desk light.

All made from parts and materials I have picked up on my travels the temperature gauge is from an old boiler house in the local Pavilion and the copper coil was salvaged from an old water boiler.

I have mounted this lamp to a sold piece of natural oak again given to me as an off cut. The stem of the light its self is a wall light I removed from a pub refurbishment.

The lamp is inclusive of the small golf ball led lamp but I have also left the shade rings on so a lamp shade can be added.

I have wired this lamp using brown 3 core braided flex and includes a new black plug and inline switch.
