There are lots of free wonderful walks you can get involved with at Bolton Walking and Outdoors Appreciation Society (especially on June 24th 😉) So if you love walking get yourself signed up to join these lovely bunch of ramblers.
Hello everybody! Here is the 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐆𝐈𝐆 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 of FREE upcoming walks taking place in and around South Lancashire and into Greater Manchester.
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.𝐜𝐨.𝐮𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐖𝐄𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦.
All these routes have been carefully selected and planned out by our wonderful volunteers to be suitable for summer evening conditions, whatever the weather. Walks take place every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY evening, anybody with good mobility and a basic level of fitness is welcome to attend.
It is ESSENTIAL to book a space via Ticket Tailor and bring a torch with you at all times.

WED 3rd - MBB Canal from The Volunteer, Darcy Lever.
MON 8th - Yarrow Valley from The Printers Arms Coppull.
WED 10th - 𝐁𝐖𝐎𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 at the Astley Bridge Legion Social Club.
MON 15th - Witton Park and thew Alfred Wainwright Memorial from The Butlers Arms, Pleasington.
WED 17th - Darwen Tower from The Royal Arms - Tockholes.
MON 22nd - Two Lads from Horwich (venue TBC).
WED 24th - Hoghton Bottoms from the Royal Oak at Riley Green.
MON 29th - Brinscall Moor and Roddlesworth from Brinscall (venue TBC).
It is possible to book a space onto a MONDAY MOOCH on the previous Thursday at 18:00, or a WEDNESDAY WALK can be booked from the previous Sunday at 18:00 via www.boltonwalking.co.uk
