We’ve just added a fresh selection to our shelves – including beautiful new reds and crisp new whites.
Our team has already tasted them and loved them, and they pair perfectly with all kinds of meals.

-Soave Classico 2024, light fresh blend of Garganega and Chardonnay, Mineral with sliced green apple and pear. 🍐🍏
-Lugana San Benedetto 2024, white peach and mango on the nose, ripe full fruity with delicious zippy acidity. 🥭🍑
-Badia Di Morrona 2024. Citrus and fresh cut floral notes, soft yet crisp paired beautifully with fish. 🍋🌸
-Zenato Valpolicella Ripassa. Big, Dark chocolate, heavy plum & spice. 🍫
-Zenato Amarone Classico, ripe dark fruits, raisin, leather, coffee & cocoa. Stunningly rich semi dry. ☕️

We’ve got some new additions to our menu, with more exciting dishes to come. Make sure to stop by to try some of these fabulous dishes!

💜FATHER’S DAY - Sunday 21st June 🥰

If you have a fantastic Father figure in your life then give them what they really want this Father’s Day, a Sunday Roast that they didn’t have to cook and a pint that they didn’t have to pay for!

We’ll be serving our usual Sunday Roasts, so you can expect all the favourites - traditional beef, pork and lamb, our ever-popular mixed roast, and a vegetarian option - each with crisp roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and plenty of rich, proper gravy. Alongside, we’ll have a selection of our usual dishes available, so there’s something to suit every appetite.

Families are very welcome, with a children’s menu offered throughout the day.

Food will be served from lunchtime through into the evening, so if earlier tables are full, you’re very welcome to join us later in the day.

We are hosting another fabulous painting evening with ‘Brush & Tipple’ this month 🎨

To get you truly in the summer spirit, the canvas this season has a coastal theme with a hint of beach hut nostalgia 🩵🌞

The evening takes place at the Physician, 36 Harborne Rd, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 3DH.

🏡✨ Pretty Huts All in a Row🎨🍷

Join us on Wednesday 24th June at 7pm to paint this charming, colourful coastal-inspired scene full of character and summer vibes. Perfect for beginners or anyone who loves relaxed, feel-good art!

No experience is necessary, as full tuition is provided throughout from one of their friendly, helpful instructors. The class will conclude around 9.30pm.

This would make a truly lovely gift for a friend or loved one if you are looking for something unique and memorable.

All you need to do is book your ticket and come along and join in the fun. We hope to see you there brush in hand!

📖 BOOK LAUNCH - Monday 1st June 6pm

Lee Benson is a published local author, poet and writer of 10 children’s books and we're delighted he'll be joining us on Monday to tell us about his latest work ‘A Brush with Paradise’.

Lee was born in Moseley in the 50s and was also in the band ESP (a heavier version of Duran Duran in the 80’s). He owned 'Number Nine The Gallery' in Brindleyplace for 14 years. Alongside his writing, he hosts a radio show every Sunday interviewing authors, poets, writers, and musicians on Black Country Xtra called 'Listen With Lee'.

‘A Brush with Paradise' is the fourth book in his series. It's a romantic comedy story about an artist taken to the Caribbean by his agent. There is love, romance and rum of course...

Come along and listen to Lee telling you all about his latest work. Free to attend.
