Hey Everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share something that’s been on my heart lately and it feels right to bring you all along on this journey.
As a founder, there comes a point where you realise growth isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing better. And that’s where I am right now with my Hospitality & Events staffing business.
When I started, it was built on energy, relationships and saying yes. Yes to opportunities. Yes to last-minute calls. Yes to making it happen no matter what. And I’m proud of that season. It built resilience. It built reputation. It built results.
But now?
We’re evolving.
The industry has shifted. Clients need more than just “staff on site.” They need strategy. They need reliability at scale. They need partners who understand culture, brand experience and the pressure behind the scenes.
So I’m building differently.
We’re moving towards:
• More intentional partnerships over one-off bookings
• Stronger training and development for our team
• A tighter, values-led client base
• Systems that protect quality, not just volume
• Growth that is sustainable, not chaotic
This isn’t about shrinking.
It’s about sharpening.
As a founder, I’ve learned that not every opportunity is aligned. Not every client is meant for the next level. And not every strategy that got you here will take you there.
To those of you who’ve supported, booked, referred, worked shifts, trusted us with your events, THANK YOU!! You are part of this evolution.
