Hi Guys,

We thought it was time to give you a little update. We have worked our hardest to try and create a version of the event that fitted into the government's strict mass gathering rules. Unfortunately, with no change to the current guidelines for the foreseeable future, and a threat of £10,000 fine for each event we have been forced to move the Hospitality Birmingham Open Air BBQ to June 2021. Gutted is an understatement! All tickets purchased will be valid for the new date, and will be automatically transferred over.

We continue to watch the events industry struggle for survival and know that many of our friends and peers are as frustrated as we are. In short, the industry is facing its biggest ever challenge.

We will be back though... and we ask that you support us and other event organisers/venues/festivals in the meantime. Please continue to buy tickets for our events, we guarantee any events that don't go ahead will be refunded. If you are in a position to hold onto your tickets and not refund, that really makes a big difference also. However, if you wish to claim a refund you can do so via your ticket provider until the 15th September.

TONIGHT'S EVENTS UPDATE

Unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions, we have had to cancel/change a few of tonight's events.

📍Digbeth Dining Club at the Digbeth Arena is cancelled for tonight. All ticket holders will be refunded via Skiddle.

📍Coventry Cathedral Dining Club is going ahead as normal from 6pm but we will be moving the event indoors, next door, inside the (newer) Cathedral.

📍The Open Arms at Warwick Castle is cancelled. Despite this, the Castle have allowed us to add in an extra date on Monday from 5pm, where all Thursday + Friday ticket holders will be eligible for a free transfer over to this event. Please check your emails/junk folder for more details.
