The Cavalier in Kidderminster is looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to take the reins of this established venue and build a successful hospitality business of their own.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has hospitality, pub or general management experience; is commercially driven and entrepreneurial; has strong leadership and people-management skills; understands sales, costs and profitability; delivers outstanding customer service; has a passion for developing a successful food business; and is confident driving both food and wet sales.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll operate and grow your own food business, recruit and inspire your team, drive bar and food sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain excellent operational standards, control costs and maximise profitability.
You’ll also create local marketing initiatives, develop events and promotions and build strong relationships within the Kidderminster community.
